Alison Lim
Alison Lim is a veteran HRD practitioner with 35+ years in adulteducation. Known for experiential methods, she facilitates learning acrosscultures.
Expertise: leadership, management, personality profiling, teambuilding. She's designed programs for diverse sectors in Singapore, Malaysia, China, Japan.
From social work, she joined Nanyang Technological University,specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Social Psychology. She helped develop ACTA and lectured for STADA.
Alison volunteers with STADA, Gifted Children's Association, andco-founded Mums for Life, curating the "Heart of a Mother Experience."
A George Washington University Master's graduate, she's certified in Experiential Adventure Learning and Life Skills Coaching. A Certified DYL Facilitator, she leads Leadership Milestone Programmes for the Civil Service College.

Dane Tang
Dane Tang is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach. She is also a Life Design Coach, Mentor, Executive Board Member, Management Consultant, and Speaker.
Dane is an accomplished marketer and corporate leader with over 20 years of international experience with top-tier MNCs across Oil & Gas, Retail, Luxury Fashion, FMCG, Healthcare, and F&B industries. She is passionate about building brands and high-performance teams.
Dane understands first-hand the challenges faced by professionals and is experienced working with leaders across diverse geographical and cultural backgrounds, helping them reach their full potential and be the best version of themselves.
