Workshop Overview

A practical and reflective 1-day workshop to help you get unstuck, gain clarity, and design possible futures for your life and work.

Many of us reach moments where we wonder:

“Is this all there is?”
“What should I do next?”
“How do I make better choices for my life and work?”

Designing Your Life offers a practical way to approach these questions — not by trying to find one perfect answer, but by using design thinking to explore possibilities, reframe challenges, and prototype your way forward.

In this 1-day workshop, you will be introduced to key tools from the Designing Your Life methodology, developed at Stanford and popularised through the best selling book by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans. Through guided reflection, peer conversations, and hands-on exercises, you will learn how to think like a designer and apply that mindset to your own life.
